Rally newbies Team #whatdidyousay are the focus of our blog today. #8 is driven by Jared Shasky and navigated by Jacqui Shasky. They may be a new team but this brother and sister team will be one to watch out for on KB18.

How many Kannonball/Falls have you done?

This will be our first rally.

What made you want to sign up for Kannonball?

I have a lot of friends that have done the rally and recommended it to me. My copilot and sister also has a cochlear implant and has worked for Northern Voices so the charity just makes sense for me too.

You only have $5000, what car do you buy and why?

I am a simple guy and $5k is not a lot. I would have to go back to high school and buy a mint mk3 Jetta Glx.

You have $50,000 what car do you buy and why?

2018 Subaru STI. The sound. Oh man the sound!

What is your favorite thing about your car?

The interior is unique. It was custom make by Top Stitch Upholstery. It is absolutely amazing to look at and feels better when sitting in it.
